For property owners
It is tailored: we set it with you, based on your property. It applies only to income actually received: no booking, no commission. Our proposal is sent to you as a quote after we visit the property, with no commitment.
The management agreement runs for one year and is renewable. A full year is the time it takes to go through every season and measure what your property really earns.
Of course. You block your dates directly from your owner account, or let us know and we close the calendar. We simply recommend planning ahead for high-demand periods.
Income for the previous month is paid out within five days of the end of the month, together with a detailed report: nights sold, average price, occupancy rate, costs incurred and net payout.
Equipping the property remains your responsibility, but we draw up a precise, costed list after the visit and give you access to our supplier rates. In most cases, expect a moderate investment: bedding, linen, small appliances and lighting.
Every guest is verified, a security deposit is requested and a photo inspection is carried out at check-in and check-out. If there is damage, we put the case together and file the claim with the platform or the guest, without you having to step in.
